The Wind Blows
(2022)

Based on a short story by Katherine Mansfield, this adaptation is set in Edwardian England over the course of a day, and captures a series of fleeting moments and encounters experienced by the film’s young protagonist, Matilda


’The Wind Blows’ is short film directed by Grace Crabtree.

The film was shot around the West Dorset area, in Lyme Regis, Beaminster, Salway Ash and Monkton Wyld Court and features an original soundtrack by local musician and composer Robert Lee.

It had its premiere screening at our Evening of Modernism on March 3rd 2022.
